As a former therapist, I know exactly how to help women pinpoint the exact root of their relationship and self love mindblocks.

However, as a coach, I am able to give direct, specific, and practical next steps to help every woman from the over analyzing perfectionist to the warm hearted codependent get out of her stuckness and make the right next steps for her to break the cycle of relationships that go nowhere and codependence that keeps her stuck.

My clients remark that within the FIRST SESSION they have had more revelations than they have had previously in YEARS of therapy due to my unique and intuitive approach.

I also believe in the power of soft accountability and support, so you are also free to ask for support and receive validation in between our sessions so that you can stay on track and know that you are going in the right direction to break away from headaches and get the relationships you want.

6 Additional Biweekly Private Coaching Sessions (50 minutes)
Focused, transformative conversations designed to create breakthroughs, practice new skills, and support meaningful change. Sessions are used weekly or biweekly within an 12-week period.

90 Day Follow up Check-In
Receive a personalized follow up check-in from Shena after your package is done to discuss your progress

Ongoing Voxer/Text Support

Coaching vs. Therapy

Please note that coaching is not the same as therapy which involves a more open-ended process where the focus of the time is exploring feelings and does not require action on your end.

As a coaching client, though we may explore your emotions, their impact, and how events from the past have created blocks, our focus will be moving forward, so only students ready to try new solutions and are open to changing their patterns will be the right fit. If any deep seeded trauma arises that impacts your functioning shows up, you may be suggested to find a therapist.
